Executive Kitchen Manager (m/f/d)

You can look forward to this varied role if

- You are a competent contact person in the management. As a link between the sushi team, the kitchen team and the rest of the management. You work closely with the host and encourage, support and monitor the leaders of the kitchen teams
- You recognize possible symbioses between the different teams, are proactively responsible for the promotion of cross-operational cooperation and promote efficiency-enhancing cross-working between the departments
- You help the kitchen managers with the operational and administrative management of their department
- You design and implement a responsible culinary approach
- You are responsible for ensuring and monitoring hygiene standards
- You calculate and compare prices and are heavily involved in purchasing management
- You are actively involved in the continuous development of the various catering areas
- You take on cross-company personnel planning

Exigences

You easily meet these requirements
- After training, you will work 70% in operations and 30% in administration and be competent in both areas
- You have experience in a similar role and are already familiar with Asian cuisine
- You have a good command of German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
- You already have a good knowledge of business administration and good IT skills
- You are very solution-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
- Excellent, broad-based manual skills and a penchant for order and structure characterize you
- A passion for your profession and for guests rounds off your profile
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a focus on employee and product costs are a matter of course for you

On over 600 square meters of guest space with more than 300 seats, we pursue a Euro-Asian concept with a serviced à la carte restaurant, garden restaurant, sushi bar, rooftop in summer and a lounge area.
